Prof. Wael Abdulmughni Alaghbari is the President of the International University of Technology Twintech (IUTT) and a Professor of Architectural Studies and Project Management, as well as an international expert in academic accreditation and UN-Habitat urban development programs. He leads major initiatives to modernize engineering programs and enhance higher education outcomes in Yemen, with research interests in applying artificial intelligence to architecture, project management, and university environments.

Dr. Aqeel Abdullah Ahmed Al-Sarmi is Vice President of Twintech International University for Student Affairs and Dean of the Multimedia College, and is considered a leading expert in multimedia and e-learning in Yemen. He leads the development of digital learning environments and online programs, and is well known for his high ethics, strong student support, and commitment to enhancing learners’ technical skills.
Dr. Abdullah Abdullah Mohammed Jahaf holds a PhD in Arabic Language (Linguistics) and serves as the Secretary General of the university alongside his academic role. He has extensive experience in university teaching and research in Yemen and abroad. His research focuses on Arabic structure, semantics, and textual studies, and he regularly supervises graduation projects and supports students’ research skills
Professor Dr. Fadl Mutaher Ba-Alwi currently serves as Dean of the Development and Quality Assurance Center at International University of Technology Twintech (since 2022). He previously held the position of Dean of Graduate Studies at Twintech University (2021). Professor Ba-Alwi is officially a faculty member specializing in Artificial Intelligence at the Faculty of Computer Science, Sana’a University. He was appointed to Sana’a University in 1996 as a teaching assistant and subsequently earned his Master’s and Doctoral degrees from Jawaharlal Nehru University in New Delhi, India. He was promoted to Associate Professor in 2013 and then to Professor in 2018. He has published numerous scientific papers in reputable international journal. He got a sabbatical leave at Gottengen Univ.-Germany. Supported and Funded by Germany DAAD organization, 2010. Professor Ba-Alwi held several positions at Sana’a University from 2008 to 2020 (Head of the Computer Science Department, Head of the Information Systems Department, Dean of the Faculty of Computer Science (twice)). He also held several positions at the Ministry of Higher Education in Sana’a (Director General of Cultural Exchange and International Cooperation, Vice President of the Academic Accreditation Council for Quality Assurance in Higher Education). Professor Ba-Alwi participated in numerous scientific workshops, training courses, and specialized committees (both within and outside Yemen) from 2006 to 2026. He also supervised numerous postgraduate theses (PhD and Master’s).
Dr.Ayman Abdu Qaed Mohammed Al-Sabri serves as Dean of Postgraduate Studies and Director of Academic Affairs at the university. He oversees postgraduate programs and the implementation of academic plans across faculties, contributes to developing regulations and academic programs, ensures the quality of learning outcomes, and coordinates departments’ efforts to support scientific research and academic excellence.
