The International University of Technology Twintech (IUTT) was established in 2008 and inaugurated by the then Yemeni Minister of Higher Education, Prof. Saleh Ali Basrah, and the Malaysian Minister of Higher Education, Prof. Mohamed Khaled Nordin. IUTT constituted a modern educational edifice keeping pace with global academic education. It was a qualitative leap inaugurated by Prof. #Saleh_Basrah, a man with a life full of giving and achievements.
On that day, Prof. Saleh Basrah spoke about IUTT, saying: IUTT was inaugurated to ensure the provision of high-level academic standards in Yemen. We aspire for it to be a distinguished and unique university in its technological specializations, accompanying the era. Through the university’s faculties and research centers, we seek to invest in the human element. The university must set plans and translate them into practical reality in response to the evolving requirements of global scientific communities.
