Launching Employee Loyalty and Retention Workshop

Under the patronage of Board Chairman Dr. Fouad Hanash and University President Prof. Wael Al-Aghbari, IUTT held a specialized workshop titled “Enhancing Administrative and Academic Employee Loyalty for Retention.” The workshop focused on strategic human resource development and institutional excellence. A keynote lecture titled “The Ethics of Professional Performance in Islam” was delivered by Dr. Ibrahim Al-Washli. Furthermore, Prof. Fadhl Ba-Alawi, Dean of the Quality Assurance Center, outlined the workshop’s methodology, which encompasses 14 core pillars—four of which were addressed in this session—aimed at improving internal communication and professional commitment.
