The Best Speaker – Public Speaking competition was one of the most enjoyable activities in the Public Speaking course at Tuntech International University of Technology. Third year students from various majors competed in an event full of enthusiasm, confidence, and strong presence.
Nine students delivered outstanding presentations that reflected the development of their skills in delivery, influence, and communication in front of an audience, under the supervision of Ms. Islam Al Arrasi and Dr. Khulood Al Adimi.
The competition shone even more through the participation of a distinguished group of university leaders and members of the academic and administrative staff in the voting process, led by the Vice President for Student Affairs, Dr. Aqeel Al Sarmi; the Secretary General of the University, Dr. Abdullah Jahaf; the Dean of Graduate Studies, Dr. Ayman Al Sabri; the Dean of the College of Finance and Business, Dr. Imad Al Ramadah; the Head of the Civil Engineering Department, Dr. Al Moataz Al Samawi; the Head of the International Management Department, Mr. Younes Al Waji; the Director of the IT Center, Eng. Raed Al Joulhi; and Ms. Ruqayya Al Ansi, along with a number of academics, employees, and students from various disciplines.
At the end of the event, the winners were honored in an atmosphere of pride and support. The winners were: First place – Abdul Jabbar Mohammed Al Sheikh (International Business Management), and second place – Ayman Hussein Al Ansi (International Business Management).
