IUTT receives Best Paper Award at the 3rd International Conference on Smart Technologies and Applications (eSmarTA2023)

Among 35 countries, 171 applicants, and 93 papers, colleague #Ayman_Al-Sabri, Academic Director at IUTT and faculty member, won the Best Paper Award at eSmarTA2023 for his research: “Enhancing Prediction Models’ Performance for Breast Cancer using SMOTE Technique.”
He participated with four research papers in AI and IoT, to be published in IEEE Xplore / Scopus. Titles:
1- Breast Cancer Prediction Framework based on Iterative Optimization with Bayesian Hyperparameter Tuning
2- Enhancing Prediction Models’ Performance for Breast Cancer using SMOTE Technique
3- Predicting Heart Disease using Machine Learning Techniques on Electronic Health Records Data
4- Critical Analysis of Scheduling on Cloud of Things
