The Impact of Total Quality Management (TQM) Application on Institutional Performance in Yemeni Universities

Abstract
This thesis examines how applying Total Quality Management (TQM) affects institutional performance in Yemeni universities. Using a descriptive analytical method and questionnaires distributed to staff in selected public and private universities, the study found that TQM has a significant positive effect on performance, highlighting its role in improving efficiency and effectiveness.
