Within the framework of its endeavor to enhance institutional excellence and consolidate the culture of strategic planning, the Development and Quality Assurance Center at the International University of Technology Twintech (IUTT) organized today an internal workshop to discuss the university’s environmental analysis. This step represents the primary baseline and foundation for preparing the university’s strategic plan, contributing to assessing institutional reality and foreseeing future requirements.
The workshop was attended by leadership including:
Dr. Fouad Hanash – Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Dr. Sadiq Manna – Vice President for Academic Affairs.
Dr. Abdullah Jahaf – Secretary-General.
Dr. Fadhl Baalawi – Dean of the Development and Quality Assurance Center.
Mr. Sadiq Salah Al-Din – Vice Dean of the Center.
A number of faculty deans and academic department heads.
The workshop covered several key themes, notably:
Analyzing internal strengths and weaknesses of the university, including institutional capacities and academic potential.
Foreseeing external opportunities and challenges in light of higher education variables and labor market demands.
Enhancing a culture of strategic planning based on scientific methodology and active institutional participation.
This workshop comes as part of the university’s efforts to prepare a comprehensive strategic plan based on scientific foundations and measurable indicators, supporting the journey of institutional development, enhancing performance quality, and achieving the university’s vision, mission, and aspirations toward further excellence and leadership.
