Dr. Ahmed Mohammed Saleh Yafa’a is an Associate Professor of Architecture and Urban Design and Dean of the Faculty of Engineering at the International University of Technology TWINTECH. Dr. Hamza Ali Abdulrahman Qasim is an academic in computer science and Dean of the Faculty of Computer Science, with significant experience in university teaching and curriculum development in Yemeni universities. He focuses on modernizing courses to keep pace with technological advances and enhancing educational quality, helping students build strong competencies for the labor market.
Dr.Emad Fouad Al-Ramadhah the Dean of the Faculty of Finance and Business. He leads the academic and administrative efforts of the faculty and oversees the development of programs and specializations in alignment with academic standards and labor market requirements. He works to enhance the quality of the educational process, support scientific research, and continuously update curricula to keep pace with developments in finance and business fields. He also strives to build academic and professional partnerships and to foster a motivating learning environment that promotes academic excellence and develops students’ skills and leadership capabilities.
A highly dedicated and accomplished Assistant Professor in Civil Engineering with a PhD in Steel and Composite Construction and over six years of teaching, research, and project management experience. Expertise in structural engineering, including advanced studies in steel-concrete composite structures and seismic performance. Proven ability in curriculum development, teaching at undergraduate levels, and mentoring students in both academic and research capacities. Strong experience in delivering courses, conducting research, and publishing in peer-reviewed journals. A proactive collaborator, committed to excellence in education, fostering a dynamic learning environment, and contributing to the development of innovative engineering solutions. Dr. Amin Mohamed Ahsan is an Assistant Professor of Computer Science and Head of the Computer Science Department at the International University of Technology Twintech in Sana’a, Yemen. He holds a PhD and MSc in Computer Science from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Technology, Baghdad. His academic and professional work focuses on machine learning, computer vision, and intelligent systems, with extensive experience in teaching, research supervision, and academic program development. He has published in international journals and conferences and serves as a reviewer for several scientific journals.
Dr Gameil Saad Hamzh Ali is the Head of the Information Technology Department and Coordinator of the Cyber Security Program at International University of Technology Twintech (IUTT), Yemen. His academic work focuses on Cyber security, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Data Mining, Programming Languages, Big Data Analytics, and the Internet of Things, with multiple publications in international journals and conferences. He has extensive teaching experience in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence and Data Science Subjects. He is also a member of the committee for training artificial intelligence instructors at Yemeni Universities.
Dr. Shahryan Abd. Alserri is a Senior Lecturer and academic leader specializing in Computer Science, Multimedia, and Graphic Design. She holds a PhD in Multimedia from the National University of Malaysia and has extensive experience in higher education, curriculum development, quality assurance, and academic accreditation. Her work focuses on multimedia systems, user experience, serious games, and applied computing, with strong involvement in teaching, program development, and academic evaluation.
Dr.Abdulkarem Ali Saleh Al-Magharem, Head of the Accounting Department. He holds a Ph.D. from Malaysia and a Master’s degree from the Netherlands. He plays a pivotal role in curriculum development, with a strategic focus on aligning academic programs with current market demands to ensure graduates are career-ready.
Amr Khaled specializes in oil and gas engineering with experience in interior design at International University of Technology Twentich (IUTT), and currently holds the position of Head of the Interior Design Engineering Department.
Mohammed Ali Hassan Al-Moallem is a specialist in petroleum and gas engineering with expertise in applied engineering development at International University of Technology Twintech (IUTT), and currently serves as Head of the Department of Oil & Gas Engineering.
Younes Ali Saleh Al-Wajeeh serves as the Head of the International Business Administration Department and as a lecturer at the university. He oversees the development and continuous improvement of academic plans and course curricula in line with modern academic standards and the evolving demands of the global market. He also coordinates efforts among faculty members, monitors the teaching and learning process, and works to enhance academic quality within the department. In addition, he supports research activities, encourages student innovation, and promotes international business concepts to strengthen graduates’ competencies and their ability to compete in the global business environment.
