Within the distinguished graduation projects for the 2024/2025 academic year, a team from the Computer Science Department developed a qualitative project titled “Object Tracking Algorithms.” This integrated technical project in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Computer Vision reflects an advanced level of scientific understanding. The project simulates real-world applications of object tracking used in drones, smart surveillance systems, and electronic games. Despite limited resources, the team developed an intelligent system that mimics robotic perception using only a camera, without additional sensors. The project utilized advanced models from Google and Meta, combined with a custom-developed integration algorithm. During the defense, the system showed exceptional live tracking performance, earning praise from the evaluation committee. The project was executed by: Al-Hassan Baligh Al-Shami, Abdulghani Al-Wajeeh, Mohammed Khaled Al-Alimi, and Osama Rafeh.
