The thesis was titled: “The Mediating Role of Emotional Stability in The Relationship Between Workplace Conflict and Employee Productivity: Case Study of Bin Al-Mutahar for Trading & Oil Services Company – Sana’a Yemen.” The examination committee included: Dr. Abdulkarim Al-Maghareem (Internal Examiner/Chair), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mohammed Al-Awlaqi (External Examiner/Member), and Dr. Imad Fouad Al-Ramadah (Principal Supervisor/Member).
