On Wednesday, December 3, 2025, the Faculty of Business and Finance continued its undergraduate thesis defense sessions for the International Business and Accounting departments. Students presented their findings before examination committees in an atmosphere of academic commitment and seriousness. The research projects presented were:
• The Effect of Feedback Systems on Employees’ Performance in the Banking Sector in Sana’a. Presented by: Ahmed Yasser Al-Aghbari, Ali Abdulrahman Al-Wajeeh, and Mohammed Othman. Supervised by: Mr. Younis Al-Wajeeh.
• Common Risks in Startup Projects and Mitigation Strategies. Presented by: Nizar Mohammed Attia, Ezzeddin Khaled Al-Alawi, and Ahmed Ali Ghanem. Supervised by: Dr. Imad Fouad Al-Ramadah.
• The Role of Emotional Intelligence in Project Managers’ Success in Real Estate and Contracting Companies in Yemen. Presented by: Biftu Herba Fatu and Samah Fawzi Rawah. Supervised by: Mr. Younis Al-Wajeeh.
