Under the patronage of the Minister of Education and Scientific Research, Mr. Hassan Abdullah Al-Sa’adi, IUTT hosted a workshop on Saturday, December 6, 2025, titled “Enhancing Multimedia through Artificial Intelligence for Academic Development and Contemporary Labor Market Challenges.” The workshop addressed three main pillars: AI and Multimedia, Academic Development, and Labor Market Challenges. The event concluded with several strategic recommendations, most notably:
• The necessity of building a national framework for the digital transformation of university curricula in Yemen.
• Qualifying specialized academic cadres by launching postgraduate programs in multimedia.
• Integrating Artificial Intelligence as a mandatory course across all academic disciplines.
Minister Al-Sa’adi praised the workshop for addressing vital national needs and pledged to support the implementation of its recommendations.
