The International University of Technology Twintech (IUTT) held an expanded academic meeting chaired by the Vice President for Student Affairs, and attended by college deans, heads of scientific departments, and the Director General of Academic Affairs, to review the latest preparations for the upcoming academic year.
At the beginning of the meeting, the Vice President welcomed the attendees, conveying the greetings of the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the University President, praising the efforts made by the colleges and departments to ensure educational stability and quality outcomes. The meeting extensively discussed four main key agendas:
First: Unified Study Plans: Reviewing the development of unified study plans across various colleges and corresponding majors to standardize academic criteria and facilitate student procedures in alignment with academic accreditation standards.
Second: Supplementary Exams for First-Year Students: Approving the regulatory mechanisms and timelines for supplementary exams to ensure a smooth, transparent process that gives students a fair opportunity to advance to higher levels.
Third: Ongoing Registration for New Students: Reviewing admission and registration committee reports for the new academic year 1448 AH (2026–2027), with directives to simplify registration procedures while adhering to approved capacity standards.
Fourth: Approving the New Academic Calendar: Reviewing the draft of the new academic calendar, which defines the commencement dates, official holidays, and final exam schedules to guarantee a well-organized educational workflow.
