In a distinguished academic atmosphere reflecting innovation and excellence, the Faculty of Engineering at the International University of Technology Twintech (IUTT) organized the graduation project defenses (Group 1) for Oil and Gas Engineering program students. Students presented qualitative engineering projects demonstrating an advanced level of scientific and technical competence in oil and gas field exploration, production, and development.
The projects varied between modern engineering solutions and advanced technologies aligned with energy sector advancements and labor market demands. Among the most prominent projects presented were:
UTILIZATION OF DIGITAL TWINS TECHNOLOGY FOR PRODUCTION IMPROVEMENT IN TASOUR FIELD, BLOCK-32, SAY’UN MASILA BASIN, YEMEN.
SIMULATION OF NANO ROBOTS TECHNOLOGY FOR PRODUCTION OPTIMIZATION IN AN NAGYAH FIELD, BLOCK-S1, SAB’ATAYN BASIN, YEMEN.
The defenses were attended by Prof. Dr. Wael Al-Aghbari, President of the University, and Dr. Sadiq Manna, Vice President for Academic Affairs, along with several academic leaders, led by Prof. Dr. Ahmed Yafa’a, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Dr. Aqeel Al-Sormi, Vice President for Student Affairs, and Dr. Mohamed Al-Moallam, Head of the Oil and Gas Engineering Department, in addition to faculty members, parents, and students. The projects were completed under the supervision of Eng. Abdullah Al-Mogalas, while the external evaluation committee included Dr. Mohamed Al-Baham and Eng. Fouad Yaqoot.
