Abstract

This research aims to examine the role of administrative innovation in improving organizational performance within Yemeni institutions. A descriptive analytical approach was adopted, and data were collected through questionnaires distributed among employees in various public and private organizations. Findings indicate a statistically significant positive relationship between administrative innovation and improved operational efficiency and organizational flexibility.
