This study underscores the direct correlation between project leadership competencies and the ultimate administrative and delivery success of medium-to-large-scale engineering and construction projects in Yemen. Utilizing correlation and multi-variable regression analysis, the paper reviews leadership attributes including emotional intelligence, agile conflict resolution, and risk communication, offering a framework for selecting and grooming project executives.
