This paper investigates the baseline economic variables, structural overheads, and materials procurement budgets involved in deploying modern engineering construction methods in Yemen. Comparing conventional stone masonry with contemporary reinforced concrete framing and industrial building system approaches, the article determines the relative feasibility, cost-benefit benchmarks, and optimal boundaries for structural upgrading.
