This paper presents a prioritized framework for integrating sustainable construction methodologies within the Yemeni building sector. Recognizing the unique hurdles of infrastructure development in a conflict-prone setting, the study uses multi-criteria decision-making techniques to rank priorities such as water conservation, utilization of indigenous stone materials, local talent incubation, and simple low-carbon site construction practices to achieve immediate community benefits.
