Utilizing empirical evaluation techniques, this study identifies the predominant socio-economic and structural factors driving up housing construction costs in Yemen. By examining raw material inflation, currency fluctuations, regulatory barriers, and security constraints, the research isolated the most volatile components of urban real estate development. The findings serve as a guide for cost-control mechanisms and economic interventions aimed at keeping housing affordable.
